yuck
Sawyer had liquids coming out from everywhere today. It was awful! He has really swollen gums around his top two teeth so we are hoping it is that rather than a bug. He doesn't have a fever and he has all of his energy. He won't keep anything down except a few ounces of pedialyte so we are hoping he will be able to sleep fine. I don't think he can go to the babysitters tomorrow so we will have to figure that out too. :( At one point today we had to change his diaper like every 10 minutes. He needed 2 baths within an hour of waking up... which means he is all scaly now since he has excema so he isn't supposed to take baths very often because ironically water dries your skin. Ugh. Not a pleasant day. We pretty much sat around watching Dinner for Schmucks, the Academy Awards, and Big Love. Hopefully this doesn't last long!

Sounds just like us! Ev went through 4 outfits yesterday because he is drooling like a monster and his nose and eyes are running non stop. AND he had 2 baths yesterday and he has excema. Oh, the joy of a baby!
ReplyDeleteAw, poor guy. Zoe has the flu right now. I hate when kids are sick. I hope he feels better soon! And as for the excema, have you tried Aveeno lotion? My brother and sister had horrible cases of that (still do) and that always worked the best. You can even get the Aveeno bath bars that make the water more milky and moisturizing for their skin. I swear by their products since I get small cases of it too :)
