Wedding Day

Today was wedding day!  We went back to sleep after breakfast and slept until 1:30 :/ then we ate bagels.  We got ready and hopped on the shuttle to the wedding at 5:00.  The rain finally disappeared and it was sunny and hot for the wedding, not to mention 90% humidity.

The wedding venue was so pretty!  Flowers everywhere and pretty arches.  The wedding itself was beautiful as well.

Next we headed inside for cocktail hour.  They really outdid themselves, they had every type of fancy appetizer and an open bar.  Andy ate so much food because he thought it was dinner lol. There were probably 20 types of appetizers!

Afterwards we went upstairs for the main party.  We had our assigned tables and the decorations were so pretty.  We had salad, a "palate cleanser" of the most delicious lemon, raspberry, and mint sorbet, a choice of entree, and all sorts of desserts from the wedding cake made by the cake boss Buddy at Carlo's bakery, a chocolate fountain, and sundae bar complete with bananas foster and other toppings. Of course, there was a ton of dancing!  It was so fun.  My favorite part was when the song "Shots" came on and these old people started dancing all crazy, it was the funniest thing I've ever seen!  We had so much fun!
